Service terms &conditions

1- Country and Region coverage: all countries and regions, including China ,Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, excluding mainland China, and all Foreign – partners out of China.

2- Product coverage: Smartcool Solar DC Electric Appliance.

3- Warranty claim: The warranty period is 2 Years for whole units, and 5 years for Compressor from the date of installation, and no more than 5 and half years from the date of delivery from Smartcool factory.

4- Please store the original purchasing invoice or receipt carefully. Customers need to present it for a warranty claim if required.

5- Warranty commitment validity: Strictly according to the formal sales contract signed with Smartcool. If there is no sales contract signed.

Spare parts supplement scheme

1- In accordance with the sales record, smartcool ensured a safe quantity of spare parts with each order. This helped us building a fast response to replacement requirements.

2- With a safety level spare parts supplement, generally Smartcool can dispatch service replacement out in 2 working days.

3- Once the agreed warranty period 2 years whole units, 5 years compressor, If warranty expired, Smartcool can still offer spare parts to customers, with a price not exceed the previous order price on the contract. Customers are eligible to order any product spare part from Smartcool. We would offer spare parts at a reasonable price to ensure a stable performance of Smartcool products.
